Fallout Art FestGetting
Involved & Sponsorships
2008 Partnering Organizations
& Volunteers
- In past year we have
needed 15 partnering organizations with over 100 volunteers. Our
heart is that this event would continue to serve the community
and continue to grow making a larger impact. We hope to find at
least 30 partnering organizations that can be involved in a number
of ways. Partners can sponsor interactive stations that could
include a collective art display from their group as well as organization
information. Other partner options include planning, promotion,
volunteers, providing equipment (i.e., sound, tents, etc.), managing
stages, food, recruiting resources, or prep week.

2008 Sponsors –
Individual/business sponsors are needed. Much of the impact
and attendance will be directly related to the promotional
materials and to the music/entertainment that we are able
to book. Along with donations of $25 to $1,000, donations
of materials (plywood and wood), food, printing (flyers,
posters, programs, banners), advertising, shade tents, and art supplies are also
welcome. Donations are tax-deductible and sponsors
will be recognized on programs and banners (banner deadline,
7/7).
