Nov 8- Dec 13, 2003: Gettin' Gus Lucky in Kentucky

Several years ago Gus Lucky's was a gallery, a performance space, a room with a schedule. Because of the people and artists that participated in the events, it became relevant and motivating to a lot of artists' work. Gus Lucky's was a place, but its strength was in the idea. The hope, with this show and other following events, is that we can develop an idea with which artists can identify.

This is the road show, inviting artists who were inspiring to Gus Lucky's to gather at a location and share their work. The show includes artists of varying disciplines that draw a loose continuum between materials to ephemera and live to residual.
