Saturday, December 18: A Show of Art and Music! to benefit the creation of a film by Molly Worre. Featuring art by Linnea Maas, John Trinh, and more. The opening will include performances by bands Choplogic, The Runz, Private First Class, and more, along with a string quartet in the gallery. We'll also show an Indie Student Film Fest, a collection of short student films by Yoshi Katagiri, Molly Worre, Tristan Allan, and Chris Korn. 6-11pm. Suggested donation $6 please.

Thursday, December 16
: Show! featuring The Violet Hour, Brucial, A False Notion, In Reverence, Cue the Doves, and more tba. 6pm Proceeds will benefit a good cause.

Friday, December 10: Black Hole, Eyes Wide, Rollan, and Jessica Jahraus. 7:30pm, $6 suggested donation. All proceeds will benefit the Florida Homeless Outreach.

Tuesday, December 7: Michael Pritzl of the Violet Burning - solo acoustic Chrismas tour. all you Violet Burning fans will love this show. Michael illustrates passion and worship as he often captivates audiences with his sincerity. Click here to hear a song from his new solo album, Hollow Songs. The Vast Expanse and surprise guest Kat Jones opened. Show starts at 7pm, doors at 6:30. $8 suggested donation please.

Saturday, November 27: Melodius Owl (winner of Radio K Battle of the Bands), Everybell and Whistle, 30 Days to Boston, Spirit Wolf (Brooklyn, NY), and Desde. a great night with quality music.

Saturday, November 13: Misery Signals, Too Pure To Die, Nehemiah, with Dead Hands Rising, and A Life Without.

OPENING OF NEW ART SHOW: Homeless Youth Benefit, featuring a variety of art work by Isaac Everhart (formerly of the Thought Police), Jessica Walz (2004 graduate of MCAD), Patti Olson (potter from Northern Clay Center), Judy Esse (painter of abstracts and landscapes in oil and watercolor), and Scott Moyer (mixed media pieces that reflect expressionism and surrealism and deal with the good vs evil conflict within man). The common theme between these artists is their excitement about the opportunity to share in a way that is beneficial to others. The opening will feature educational art about the homeless youth issue, interactive opportunities, live music, and refreshments. The night will feature art for sale by artists listed above, and performances by local musicians Black Hole (hip-hop/funk), Angry Atom (pop-punk), Jonathan Kilpatrick (acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter), No Small Wonder (acoustic emo duo), and Libbie Kent (acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter). Saturday, November 6 from 7pm-midnight, $6 suggested donation, discount advance tickets available. Appr. 70% of proceeds benefit homeless youth outreach. This event will raise awareness about homeless youth, as well as raise money for an outreach to homeless youth in Florida

Saturday, October 30: COSTUME PARTY SHOW! Featuring Pocketbook Revolution, Paper Collar Joe, My Rubicon, Sound Salvation. Rock and Roll! $5 suggested donation, show is at 6pm.

Saturday, October 16: opening reception for new art show: Creatures Build Character, featuring artwork by Isaac Everhart (Thought Police), Matt Irwin (Thought Police), Meghan Burkhardt, Nick Epp, 27 (street artist), Eric Carlson (MCAD), Nathan Enkel, Michael Wong (U of M grad), and Seamus Leonard (MCAD grad)., 7-10pm. Free and open to the public, and featuring live music (including an open mic!) and refreshments. The show is great, please come check it out!

Saturday, October 2: Misplaced Music showcase: MisplacedMusic.org is an internet radio station that exclusively features local bands and musicians. The showcase will featureStoughton (Acoustic), The Glad Version (Acoustic), Montreal, and Copy. Misplaced Music was recently nominated for Best Music Media by the Minnesota Music Academy. This show will also feature some sort of Kung Fu video games and is a fundraiser for the station. Doors at 6pm, $5.

Fallout Campout:
Meet at the Fallout at 3pm and we'll go somewhere that's about 45 minutes away. Bring a few dollars to help pay the costs of food and campsite. Bring a sleeping bag and any camping supplies. Call us to let us know if you are coming.

Friday, September 17: Horse the Band (nintendo-core from So. California), So Many Dynamos (dance-rock from St. Louis), A False Notion, More Material, Sound Salvation. Show starts at 7pm, doors at 6pm. Suggested donation $6.

Thursday, September 9: The Restoration Project/Tracey Howe and Rachel Kurtz. Show starts around 8pm. Donations accepted. This will be part of the Faith and Art Forum, which starts at 6pm with a potluck dinner. Tracey Howe from the Blue Rennaissance Creative Group (Colorado) shared about her life and work.

Saturday, September 4: Travis Wileart (acoustic guitar), DJ Mark Fox, Xiantsu (nu-bop/electronic analog), the Black Tulips, and an open mic. 7-11pm, as part of the opening for the new art show, What Did You Do on Your Summer Vacation? Come share what you did over the summer through some interactive art opportunities, as well as viewing new art from the summer vacations that will be on our gallery walls. Live music and refreshments provided!

Saturday, August 28: Madison Greene. These aggressive acoustic rockers/drummers will play a show at 8pm, suggested donation of $6.

Monday, August 30: J-Fest! We said goodbye to one of our favorite interns, Jeremy. A great show with the infamous Luce Line Crew and other sweet bands. stay posi.

July 10: Engaged (two man acoustic scream fest from Missouri), Ever We Fall (from Portland, Oregon, sounds like Coheed and Cambria), Farewell My Enemy (post-hardcore, like Glassjaw), The Fallback and Danny and Tommy from Small Towns Burn A Little Slower playing accustic sets. doors at 5:30pm, $6 donations please.

Saturday, June 26: 3rd annual Blocking Party. Warehouse theme party- "what's blocking you from becoming who you want to be?" Interactive art based on the theme. Featuring a Poetry Slam, and bands Southerly (GOOD acoustic indie), and Black Hole (hip hop).

Saturday June 19: 7Ply Culture. This event included a show of art and memorabilia about skateboarding, a skate ramp in our back warehouse, and bands that love the art of skating, including P.O.S. and Simms, Desert City Soundtrack, End Tranmission, and Tin Horns.

Friday, June 11: Gloria Dei. 10th annual event with lots of interactive art, artists working on-site, including Isaac Everhart (of the Thought Police), Lazarus, Skye Gilkerson, and Jamie Winter and her creation station, and lots of creative musicians, including Ivan Okay (Madison, Wisconsin), Sandman (Montana), Romantica (local indie on 2024 Records), Gentlemen Calling (local), and an open mic.

Wednesday, May 26: Calvin Johnson (Founder of K Records) with Your Loving Tiger and Best Friends Forever.

Saturday, May 22: Local hardcore bands play to raise money to keep the Fallout alive... including A False Notion, December's Last Words, More Material, Sound Salvation, Endahl, The Big One-Two, Attack, In Reverence, and A Life Without.

Sunday, May 2: Come walk with us in the May Day Parade! At Powderhorn Park, near 33rd and Chicago. Meet us at the Fallout at 11am in your favorite costume.

Friday, April 30: Northwestern College Art Show, opening reception. Featuring live music by December's Last Words, John Fellman, Moxie Bliss, and Disappear. 7pm - 10:30pm. Donations accepted. Also featuring Only Dreams Remain, a film by Sam Spadino and Justin Goldberg.

Friday, April 9: Dis-Grace. A collaborative expression of the crucifixion of Christ, the disgrace of the vehicle of grace. Visual, multimedia, experimental, performance art, interactive, and music. Returning from 2003, this was a non-traditional presentation of the Stations of the Cross, which is the traditional road that Jesus travelled on His way to the cross on this day (Good Friday) way back in A.D. 30. This show will be in the gallery until Tuesday, April 27. See pictures of the art and more info about the event.

Friday, March 26:
FamineNation. A Benefit for Feeding Children International and The Fallout, this event will raise awareness about world hunger and world food distribution. There will be interactive art, a homemade video documenting the amount of food wasted in this city, and great bands including: Fitzgerald (really pretty mellow music) Chad (from the band Quietus, acoustic indie folk) Under the Radar (local indie rock) And Everybell and Whistle (local post-hardcore, technical rock) Engaged (2-man acoustic screamfest from Missouri) and an open mic from 6-7, bring your act!

Saturday, March 6: The Plainsmen (punk Johnny Cash from North Dakota), June Panic (indie rock from ND on Secretly Canadian), Colonpipe Crew (they play game boys and other computer-like things), Jesse Norrell from the band Reticence, and Sound Salvation (crazy keyboard-core from here).

Saturday, February 28: The Jet Set and Thee Fine Lines (both totally raw rock and roll from Peoria, Illinois), We Kidnap Frisone This Afternoon (similar to early At The Drive-In), End of An Era (emo-core), +more.

Friday, January 16: Look Alive (Power pop with intelligent melodies, complex rhythms, and a multitasking drummer) Copy (Hard hitting, melodic rock influenced by Fugazi & Soundgarden) Reticence (Sparkly guitars with cathartic melodies and lyrics backed by a raging rhythm section) Alpha Centauri (Innovative technologically and in style, they have been compared to everything from Radiohead to Depeche Mode, to Joy Division) show starts at 6m, $5 suggested donation please.
